Tehera Valentine-Wyatt is the VP of Communications for NAAAHR-Greater Baltimore Chapter. She is a lifetime member of the organization and has been associated with the chapter since about 1995.
She has held numerous roles in the Human Resources arena with primary focus in Training and Development. She spent 5 years focused to T&D and HR Generalist duties while working for the Hechinger Company. An additional 5 years was spent with USF&G/St. Paul Insurance Companies. In 2000, she joined Harte Hanks Marketing and created a training program that would ultimately resolve an attrition issue for a key role. In 2009, she was afforded the opportunity to leverage her management skills by assuming responsibility of 4 small operational teams all while staying connected to the training and development area. In 2011, she was promoted to Director of Operations for the database marketing area of the business. She managed 5 groups and utilized her HR skills in her interactions with her team members, internal and external customers. As of 2013, she is now in charge of the Great Talent initiative with Harte Hanks bringing her closer again to her Human Resources roots.
