Espana “Pennye” James is the newly elected VP of Administration for NAAAHR-Greater Baltimore Chapter. She has been associated with this fine organization for the past three years. Pennye is currently employed at UPS, Burtonsville, MD as the Human Resource Supervisor in which her primary responsible include by not limited to staffing the operation of over 800 employees. She joined UPS in 2000 in the Baltimore area. In 2007 she was promoted as the Human Supervisor for the Eastern Shore, Baltimore City/County and BWI Airport area. Her areas of responsible increased to Hunt Valley Maryland and Dundalk. During her time at UPS, Pennye successfully trained over 1,000 seasonal employees, 1,200 hourly employees among other positions.
Pennye also was an active member and committee person for the Greater Baltimore Urban League for Young Professional. She served as the Professional Development Chair for 2 years
