For the past 10 years, she has worked as a HR Policy Researcher and HR Practitioner for the Federal Government. Karen has over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience to include staffing, employee engagement, talent and performance management.
Karen holds Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management with emphasis in Human Resource Management . She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
She is Vice President for Finance of NAAAHR Greater Baltimore in 2013. The role provides leadership for the local chapter’s budgeting, financial management and accounting services and supports planning and program development. Prior to that, she was the Vice President for Administration with the Chapter.
